Skillpimp, now known as Tenini Academy, was founded by Luzi Schneider, a former ice hockey player and current coach and Head of Youth at EHC Wetzikon. Focused on developing young ice hockey talent in the Zürcher Oberland region, Tenini Academy offers small-group training to enhance each player’s skills and understanding of the game. Since its start in 2020, the academy has run summer training sessions, providing personalized coaching centered on individual growth. After joining the Tenini family in 2024, the academy rebranded as Tenini Academy, continuing to give young athletes opportunities to reach their full potential under expert guidance.

Challenge: Low ceiling height, combined with the presence of players on the ice, created limited space for drone maneuverability.

Solution: Effective communication with the pilot’s assistant and detailed scouting of the location before the shoot ensured precise flight paths and safe navigation in the confined space while working around the players.

Challenge: A large number of players on the ice meant there was a lot happening at once, making it challenging to capture good shots without planned actions.

Solution: We adapted to the flow of training, capturing spontaneous moments that best highlighted the players' energy and skills in action.

Challenge: Ensuring that the coaches weren’t disturbed when talking to players.

Solution: With our background in ice hockey coaching, we understood when to stay back and when it was best to film, allowing us to capture valuable moments while respecting the coaching process.
